In Chile:
In career graph, has spent most of the time in Chile since 1996 dedicated as a Wine Sommelier & Wine Assistant. During this course has served as a Teacher on wines, wine taster etc. Rendered services at INACAP, Chile (Institute of Professional & Technical Education) in different cities, a few to name, University of Catholic, J. Elton Academy, Culinary…. Also assisted on wines to the Diplomatic Academy of Chile for four years , attending its official receptions and events. Worked as an Official Sommelier at the “Cumbre de las Americas”, Santiago, Chile in April 1998. Served as a Founder of the Wine Sommeliers Association of Chile (presently serving as a director cum teacher) . In Chile, collaborated with different magazines & newspapers such as El Mercurio, Revista Eiken, Revista Ya, Revista La Cav & Magazine Capital y Achiga. Collaborated for the Chilean Guide “ The Best of Santiago” which is distributed in all five star hotels in Chile. Has coordinated in different wine challenges in Chile and has been a part of some international panel of judges to name a few….Vinsud & Catador. Also collaborated as a judge in some wine guides in Chile.

Worked at Restaurants such as “ La Belle Etoile” . Collaborated with different wine magazines like “El Sommelier” & “Bouquet”. Served as a Director of Wine Exports in different companies in Spain eg. Vinos Selectos Cavas. Founder of the “ Asociacion de Sumilleres de Murcia”(Sommelier Association of Murcia)in Spain. Also taught Wine Tasting Coursers at Yecla’s University in association with “ Asociacion Murciana De Enologos”. Similarly has a wonderful experience of dictating courses representing Chilean wines world over, to name a few in ………

A collaboration between INAVI (National Institute of Wine & Grape growing, Uruguay) & Ministry of Tourism. Rendered five courses in Montevideo, Punta del Este & Colonia in association with the wine maker Estela de Frutos. Course on Wine Treatment & Restaurant Services.
